Three: Mechanical structure description

(1) Mechanical body

1. Base frame: welded with I-beam and steel plate, processed.
2. Mixing room: The middle groove is welded with wear-resistant alloy steel, designed with water jacket for heating and cooling water, and the side wall is welded with wear-resistant alloy steel plate and processed.
3. Mixing shaft: The shaft is made of 20crMo forging parts, and the blades are made of 20crMo precision casting and welding. The shaft and blades are hollow and can pass cooling water and steam.
4. Bearing seat: Use ZG20 cast steel. Are processed, bearing using aligning bearings.
5. Leak-proof device: the side end of the stirring shaft is pressed by mechanical shaft seal, the material is high pressure epoxy glass cloth. The contact surface between the shaft side end and the shaft seal is wear-resistant, and the pressure cover is pressed by new type plate, the material is epoxy glass cloth.

(2) Pressurizing device

1. Pressure cover: made of wear-resistant alloy steel welded and processed, and designed with water jacket, can pass cooling water. Pressure is applied to the material in the mixing operation, and the cylinder is raised and lowered vertically.
2. Cylinder: adopts four-tie rod structure design, strong versatility, easy maintenance, sealing parts adopt foreign well-known brands.

(3) Discharge device

1. Structure: Use worm wheel type structure to do mixing chamber tilting discharge.
