Usage:
The machine is applicable for vulcanizing all kinds of rubber product, such as O-rings, packings, keyboard, roller, pharmaceutical stopper, piston of syringe, automotive parts, anti-vibration product, silicone product and many other rubber articles.
Equipment performance:
1. The press is adopted of PLC controller. Auto control and manual control can be changed. It can realize the automatic closing mould, automatic exhaust, curing calculate time, automatic opening mould, delay alarm etc.
2. Each layer is installed with mould slide rail, Manual control the mould out or in.
3. One hydraulic unit with two presses. The two presses can be controlled alone, do not affect each other.
